You Know Something Needs to Shift. Let’s Figure Out What.

1:1 coaching for parents and guardians navigating ADHD at home — built on the PAUSE People System, grounded in 30 years of experience, and designed around the real moments that define life with a neurodiverse child.

You’re Doing a Lot. And It’s Still Hard.

You’ve read the books, the blogs, the newsfeeds. You’ve tried the strategies. You’ve adjusted the routines and had the same conversation with your child more times than you can count.

And yet — mornings are still rough. Homework is still a battle. The friction is still there.
Somewhere underneath the exhaustion, you’re wondering whether what you’re doing is actually helping or just getting everyone through the day.

That’s not a parenting failure. That’s what it looks like when a family is working hard without the right framework. That’s exactly what this is for

What Parents and Guardians Notice
  • More steadiness in you — and your child feels it immediately
  • The hot spots become predictable — and manageable
  • You stop asking ‘what’s wrong with my child’ and start understanding what’s happening — and what to do about it
  • Home begins to feel more like a team and less like a negotiation
  • You find yourself catching the moment before it escalates — and so do they
  • You start showing up in the ways your child’s nervous system is actually asking for — even when it’s hard to read

This is not a parenting class. It’s a working relationship with someone
who knows this terrain — and knows your family.

ABOUT DAN

Dan Leibowitz, M.Ed., M.S.Sped., C.E.T. is a credentialed teacher, certified educational therapist, and co-creator of the PAUSE People System, with 30 years of experience supporting students with ADHD, learning differences, and executive function challenges — and the parents and guardians raising them.

He’s also a father of two teens. He knows what this feels like from the inside — the good moments, the hard ones, and everything in between. PAUSE at Home exists because the most impactful thing a parent or guardian can do isn’t find the next specialist. It’s understand ADHD for what it actually is, examine their own patterns honestly, and learn to show up in the ways their child’s nervous system is asking for.

That’s the work. And it starts with a single conversation.

“There has been a total shift in our family dynamic. We are problem solving and simply working better as a team.”

— C.S., Fort Bragg, CA

“It’s helping me think critically about my parenting style and break some patterns that aren’t the most productive for raising my kids.”

— Mother, PAUSE System

“Ripple really resonates. The idea of being present — and the energy I bring to the family, good and bad.”

— Father, Grateful Dads PAUSE System
