You Are the Architect of Your Home.
Design it to work with ADHD in the house — and see for yourself how predictability, reduced friction, and the right structures can build self- and co-regulation.
The EF Smart Home is available to families currently enrolled in coaching with Dan.
Not working together yet? Book a discovery call to get started.
You've been doing the work together — the coaching sessions, the strategies, the conversations about what's working and what isn't. And something is shifting.
Home is where life happens — the mornings, the backpack, the homework zone, the launch pad by the door. The environment your child walks into every day either supports what we're building together, or keeps cycling around the same recurring challenges.
What's Included
Pre-Visit Planning Session · 60 minutes via Google Meet
Before Dan sets foot in your home, you'll map the landscape together. What are the highest-friction moments of your day? Where does your child lose things, lose time, lose their footing? This session sets the focus so the home visits go deep, not wide.
Two visits is intentional. The first establishes the systems — designed alongside your child in the spaces that matter most. The second refines them — because real life always surfaces something the first visit didn't anticipate.
Visit 1 · 90 minutes · in-person · scheduled on the weekend
Your child already knows Dan. That matters. This isn't a stranger coming in to reorganize their room — it's an extension of the work we've already been doing, brought into the spaces where daily life actually happens.
Dan works alongside you and your child to design and install systems in the spaces with the most friction — the bedroom, the backpack, the places where things consistently go sideways. Every system is designed through the lens of the PAUSE People framework — connected to how your child's brain regulates, initiates, and follows through. When kids help build the system with someone they already trust, they actually use it.
Visit 2 · 90 minutes · in-person · scheduled on the weekend
The second visit refines what the first surfaced. Homework zone, morning launch pad, anything real life revealed in the weeks between visits. The final 20 minutes are a live debrief — Dan walks you through what's been put in place, what to watch for, and what the next 30 days should look like. A written Action Plan follows within 48 hours, once everything from both visits has been synthesized and refined.
30-Day Follow-Up Check-In · 30 minutes via Google Meet
A month out, you and Dan reconnect. What's holding? What needs a small adjustment? This is where the system gets refined for real life.
The EF Smart Home is a multi-visit, in-home package where Dan comes to you — into your actual kitchen, your child's actual bedroom, your actual morning routine — and builds organizational systems that fit the brain we've been working with together.
We look at the whole environment — physical spaces, routines, transitions, and the family patterns around them — through the lens of executive function work we've already begun together. What's working. What's not. And what small, specific changes create the most traction.
Is This the Right Next Step?
This is the natural next step if mornings, homework time, or transitions are still creating friction. If the strategies are landing in sessions but not quite sticking at home. If you want your child involved in building the solution, not just handed one. If you've been told "set up systems" — but no one has come in and actually shown you how.
