Tech Clinics
Want to help your kid use technology to work around
challenges, boost productivity, and reduce frustration?
challenges, boost productivity, and reduce frustration?
My child has a neuropsychological evaluation with assistive technology and other recommendations, can you help with this?
- Yes. Dan's fun, hands-on approach to boosting productivity and organization via tech is a practical supplement to a neuropsychological evaluation. (Bonus: it's one part of this process that kids typically enjoy and feel really good about.)
- Parents can send a copy of the "Recommendations" section of the report. Dan will prepare a customized range of options to demonstrate.
- If more in-depth training/integration is desired, longer-term sessions can be scheduled.
- No. Tech Clinics demonstrate common, inexpensive, or free iPad apps, Chrome extensions, software, etc. and how to leverage them to create more productive work, study, and organizational routines.
- No, but bring whatever devices you have. Afterwards families can choose to demo, install, purchase hardware or apps that seem like a good fit.
- The number and frequency of Tech Clinics varies, depending upon individual circumstances and goals. An overview can happen in one clinic. Integration and building fluency takes more time.
- Tech clinics take place at Dan's office or, depending upon your location, in your home.
